Time for everyone to respect the legend of MS Dhoni...

    Time has flown and it's been 14 years since a strong boy with long hair from Ranchi made his mark on International Cricket. As Vikram Sathye famously said- 'Nobody apart from Lord Krishna had made headlines for consuming a certain amount of milk everyday'. Such has been the phenomenon of MS Dhoni. For a good reason or a bad one, one way or the other, MS has always been the headline of Indian cricket for the past decade or so. It's quite surreal to think that such a guy with calm head who likes to keep a low profile has been on the front pages for so many different reasons. It is also quite bizzare to think of the enormous change that has happened in everything about MS right from his hairstyle to the bat sponsors and everything else!     From the days of 2004-2007, MS gave us the idea of how hard a cricket ball can be hit with as much arrogance as Vivian Richards used to showcase while chewing a gum! WILL MS SURVIVE TILL 2019?

Will MS survive till 2019? "I am like an old wine" that's what MS Dhoni said after his match winning 78 off 79 balls at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua.But is the bottle getting older too? After his crawling effort of 54 off 114 balls,many have raised questions questions over his ability to finish matches.But was his innings the only reason behind India's embarrassing loss to a team who is in absolute turmoil? I don't think so because 'poor shot selection' from the likes of Dhawan, Kohli, Jadeja didn't help the cause either. We could clearly see Dhoni's attempt of giving strike to the likes of Hardik Pandya and Kedar Jadhav and encourage them to finish the match for India. As that didn't go according to the plan, eventually Dhoni had to take his chance and unluckily he found Alzarri Joseph at long on. If Dhoni had successfully finished the game, same people who are criticizing him for his crawling effort would have praised him saying...
